EP 1 - Who We Are

"If I do this, will she smile?... She did! I'm going to keep doing this!"

Is this how we are meant to make decisions for the rest of our lives? Without realising it, we shape ourselves based on people - their opinions and reactions towards us. They are like pieces of a puzzle that eventually make up a twisted image of ourselves. How then, are you supposed to determine who you really are?

How do you know yourself, if you have never known yourself in the first place?
